As a therapist, I am here to help you understand and navigate the complexities of your inner world. I specialize in revealing the limiting beliefs and subconscious narratives that dictate and shape behaviors in relationships with self and others. Often times, our default setting tends to lead us down a path of perpetual dissatisfaction – this mindset whispers to us that something is fundamentally wrong with ourselves, with others, and with life itself. This lens through which we have become accustomed to viewing the world creates resistance, stress, and a cascade of negative emotions. Through the therapeutic process, I work with you to uncover the patterns and obstacles that hold you back, and help you take ownership of your own reactions and choices so that you can focus your energy on what’s meaningful, productive and fulfilling.
My clinical interests focus on issues related to life transitions, grief and loss, and Enneagram coaching.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, and a Master’s Degree in Education from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS.
Adjunct Professor – Graduate School of Counseling Psychology, University of Denver.
